Payment Information

Checks made out to Wellspring Christian Counseling, cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.  There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. 

Wellspring Christian Counseling does not direct bill insurance, and payment for counseling is due at time of service. However, counseling may be reimbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our counselors are able to provide a diagnostic receipt for each session for submission to your provider for reimbursement.

Each counselor’s fees are based on their credentials and experience. Each session is 45-60 minutes in length.

Initial Assessment: $80
Ongoing Sessions: $60

Dr. Chad Houchin, MPhil, PsyD
Initial Assessment: $150
Ongoing Sessions: $100
Psychological Testing and Evaluation: $850

Anne Stewart Freeman, M.A., NCC, Resident in Counseling
Initial Assessment: $80
Ongoing Sessions: $60

Our Pay it Forward program offers scholarships on a case-by-case basis as funds are available. Limited need based scholarships are also available for members and friends of Spring Run PCA and Sycamore PCA. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee as outlined in the Client Contract.
